Composite Forming Parts

We utilize precision machining equipment, including large autoclaves, to handle the molding of complex-shaped aircraft structural components. We also mold CFRP (carbon fiber reinforced plastic) parts without using honeycomb, leveraging a wide range of composite technologies to meet customer needs. Through our long-cultivated technical expertise, we produce trusted components primarily for the aerospace sector, as well as for cutting-edge fields including the space industry.

Honeycomb Panel Fabrications 【Space Applications】

Since Japan's first successful satellite launch over half a century ago, we have participated in space industry projects. Our honeycomb panels are primarily adopted as satellite structures (structural bodies). We flexibly accommodate customer requests, handling not only flat panels but also drilling, component mounting, and sub-assembly.

Honeycomb Panel Fabrication 【Barrier】

We are the only manufacturer in Japan producing automotive crash test barriers that utilize the cushioning properties of honeycomb structures. Our barriers, designed to simulate the characteristics required during vehicle collisions, are compatible with domestic and international crash safety evaluation tests (such as new vehicle development certification, J-NCAP, and Euro-NCAP). They have earned high trust from automakers and testing institutions.
